- Location/Facility – Office in Austin and Killeen
- Specialty/Department/Practice – Tele-radiology
- Shift/Schedule – Full-time, Afternoons with weekend/holiday rotation.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of basic computer skills.
· Utilizing your medical knowledge/experience and applying it to our workflow process.
· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, medical staff and clients throughout shift.
· Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task.
· Team Player.
. Self-motivated individual that takes imitative to learn new roles and take on new tasks.
· Knowledge of HIPAA compliance communicating to clients and physicians only.
·
· Basic understanding of medical terminology
Education:
· High School degree/GED
Work:
Two-year’s experience in the medical field preferred. Ex. Nurse Aide, Home Health Aid, Certified Nursing Assistant, PCA and/or a Medical Assistant, Chiropractors office, etc..
