Duties for This Position
Acts under the direction of clinic physician in administering a variety of treatments and medications to patients. Performs all tasks related to the efficient operation of the doctor’s office, including rooming patients and taking vitals. Accurately collects and records selected data about the health status of patients. Communicates effectively in a courteous, attentive manner and provides patient care in a safe, comfortable and private setting.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
LPN Licensure
Experience
One year experience as a LPN is preferred
Required Skills
Must be flexible in a demanding environment. Must be able to prioritize and use good judgment while remaining calm during times of crisis. Strong organizational skills are required and the ability to coordinate a variety of pressing issues with frequent interruptions. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
