Scheduler & Registration Specialist-COVID Vaccine – Berkeley Medical Center – Martinsburg, WV

Responsible for

scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling patients for the COVID-19 Vaccine by

collecting all necessary information. The completion of the responsibilities

listed are handled over the phone in a Call Center environment with high

volume of daily calls. Greet and register general public at the

community vaccine clinic location for vaccination. Responsible for

accurate and timely processing of patient demographics during the vaccine

process. Provides excellent customer services to provide the community a

seamless process for scheduling and receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION,

CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Directs patients where to go within

vaccination clinic upon entering and registering.
