About
As part of our existing NP team and under the guidance of Atlantic Health Systems’ physicians, you will provide primary care to Residents in our Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing care and comfort to seniors. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals, including Summit Medical Group, a high-performing network.
Part-Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Saturdays
Job Details
- Provide preventive and primary care for Residents
- Work with primary care physicians to provide optimum care
- Collaborate with the nursing team and patients’ families
- Support the department’s utilization review process
Job Requirements
- State certification by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- State of New Jersey registered professional nurse license
- National certification in adult and/or geriatric medicine, a plus
- Experience in adult/geriatric medicine
