In this role, you will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting and hiring of qualified individuals to fill open positions in the organization. You will work closely with business partners to ensure that recruiting efforts support the overall needs and goals of individual departments.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
- Source, recruit, and hire qualified individuals to fill open roles in the organization
- Help to design recruitment collateral materials and advertisements
- Ensure that jobs are posted accurately and in a timely fashion
- Respond to inquiries from potential applicants
- Refer applicants to hiring managers
- Work with business partner on appropriate salary offers
- Maintain familiarity with all openings and back up other recruiters/recruitment efforts
Requirements of the Contract Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or at least 5 years of recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in a healthcare environment required
- Experience in a high volume recruiting organization required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, internet, and PeopleSoft
- Customer service orientation with excellent follow through
