Job Duties:
Establish a compassionate environment for residents and families through quality care.
Promote independence by reinforcing resident understanding of medications and self-care skills.
Manage the floor and train new staff.
Medication management and audits.
Job Skills/Qualification:
Licensed practical nurse (LPN) certification
Two years experience as an LPN
Ability to stand for at least eight hours and lift 25 pounds
CPR certification
Preferred:
Gerontology experience
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Outgoing and patient with superior communication skills
Shift:
Full time, 40 hours a week
Every other weekend off
Alternating shift, 1st & 2nd shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
