Hours can be somewhat flexible
Must have construction accounting experience.
Must have QuickBooks experience
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
A/R
A/P
Payroll
Quarterly reports and taxes
Monthly DOR taxes
HR duties
Basic office duties
*Highly organized, detail oriented and thorough with the ability to consistently demonstrate accuracy.
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Create and implement procedures for work flow
Company pays 100% of your medical and dental
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
