ReproTech, www.reprotech.com, is a cryobank serving the needs of fertility centers and cancer patients needing long-term storage of sperm, eggs, and/or embryos. In addition to providing embryo storage to fertility patients, ReproTech works closely with fertility centers across the United States to make sperm banking and egg freezing services available nationwide to cancer patients.
ReproTech, LLC’s Saint Paul, MN facility seeks a full-time entry level, reliable customer service support representative. Responsibilities include the handling and caring for the reproductive tissue as well as performing the day to day activities of an office.
Essential requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience; or High School degree and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Final College or University transcripts, if applicable
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physical requirements including excellent fine motor skills, ability to lift 30-50 lbs., bending, and standing on feet for extended periods
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility, positive attitude and desire to be a true team player
- Administrative experience preferred
- Experience in the reproductive medical field, health sciences, or laboratory is beneficial
