About us

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and prioritize their duties on a daily basis and able to work independently or as part of a team. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include maintaining/updating appropriate filing systems, handling mail/email, follow up on outstanding orders and other Administrative Assistant duties. The Administrative Assistant should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Organize and schedule daily schedule

· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

· Develop and maintain a filing system

· Maintain contact lists

· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Skills:

· Able to multi-task, attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Word in particular)

· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

· High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are required for entry into our building and worn when accessing common areas. Only employees have entry availability into building. Sanitizer, masks, wipes are available throughout office. Workstations are 10+ apart or in separate office.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
