Digital Healthcare Content Specialist – HealthCrowd – San Mateo, CA

Location : This role can be based remotely or out of our main offices in SanMateo, CA.

YOU will:

  • Curate and source appropriate digital content for various campaigns and modalities while ensuring that our customers’ business objectives are met, and our strategies/best practices are manifested.
  • Interact with customers and manage vendors, as needed.
  • Report to the Director of Digital Content Strategy & Compliance.

YOUR specific responsibilities will include:

  • Create and curate accessible, accurate, and culturally relevant healthcarecontent to meet our operational needs.
  • Source, review, and manage external content.
  • Work directly with our customers and Customer Success teams to understand customer/campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Follow our internal content strategy, methodology, and best practices.
  • Prioritize constantly; strive to outperform at every level.
  • Know how to be a team player while wowing your team members andcustomers.

YOU:

  • Have a graduate degree in Master of Health Communications, Master of Public Health (and similar),Master in Health Education, or Master in Nursing (nurse educator or healtheducation concentration).
  • Have 2 – 4 years of work experience.
  • Self-starter who can take direction and execute accordingly.
  • Experience in two or more of these areas is a big plus:
    • Customer-facing content and project management.
    • Creating/organizing/classifying digital content for healthcare/healtheducation.
    • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or quality and/or diseasemanagement as it pertains to health insurance interests is a huge plus.
    • Copywriting and translation of digital content; fluency in Spanish is abig plus.
    • Working with content-related data—analyses on digital contentefficacy, A-B testing, ROI, and visualization, etc.
