Duty/Responsibility
· Assess nature of clients’ situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history.
· Develop and execute individual care plans.
· Orient, train, and evaluate, individual PCA staff.
· Oversee the delivery of PCA services.
· Maintain accurate client documentation.
· Ensure all medical documentations in field in a proper and timely manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 – $40.00 per hour
