Lionrock Recovery is a leading, Joint Commission accredited organization that provides Substance Use Disorder (SUD)-specific telehealth treatment for adults struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction. Based in Northern California, our unique services employ the use of an innovative, HIPAA-compliant, tele-counseling platform that provides our clients with an intensive outpatient/outpatient (IOP/OP) program, offered entirely online. Our program supplies a better value than residential treatment; at Lionrock, we’re not merely “in the treatment business” – we’re in the business of recovery.
If you are a Master’s level fully licensed mental health therapist with Substance Use Disorder experience please read on and APPLY! (Holding an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC or similar type of licensure for example.)
Role Responsibilities
Counselors are responsible for the provision of a full-range of substance use disorder (SUD) intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment services, including, but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning & crisis evaluation

• Individual & group counseling with our Lionrock clients

• Case management

• Providing clients &/or their support network with information about addiction issues & additional services/programs

• Treating clients with a holistic, whole-body approach to recovery

• Communicating with external service providers to market, refer, & collaborate as appropriate

Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time/W2: $65K/Annually, Benefits: Medical/Vision/Dental/Life, Matching 401k, PTO+Holidays
Part-Time/W2: TWO Options Available (one offering FULL benefits!) Hourly Rate Range: $37-$40 – includes Matching 401k, PTO+Holidays
Please Note: Benefits are offered to counselors who can commit to a minimum of 25 hrs/wk
*After 5 pm PT, ANY Counselor Available for Groups – Full or Part-Time – will receive a 15% shift differential!*
