Growing and dynamic healthcare staffing technology company with 50% YOY growth for past four years, is looking for a full-time, permanent IT Specialist. We are moving to a new office in Newark, NJ and there will be a lot of IT Infrastructure that we will need support with.

$15 per hour

Summary: Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for everyone’s computers, cell phones, software and apps working properly and being set up properly. We are in a first-class, recently renovated, state-of-the-art building in downtown Newark, right near the Broad St. train station. We are a fun, high energy, extremely productive team where everyone helps everyone else.

We are looking for someone comfortable around computers and solving hardware and software problem for our team members, but also someone comfortable learning a new business, and liaising with our fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Information Technology
• Exceptional understanding of hardware technology, concepts, and connectivity
• 1+ years experience working within Enterprise Technology organizations
• Ability to quickly and methodically resolve user issues in a time of crisis
• Ability to use technical knowledge and specialized skills to support and improve tech solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and manage large projects with minimal guidance
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
• Proven track record of practical, thoughtful problem solving

• Exceptional analytical and project leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
