JOB SUMMARY FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE – LPN:
We are currently seeking the professional skills of LPN. This position will be responsible for assisting residents with activities for daily living. This position does require a Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Illinois. To provide outstanding resident care, experience in a geriatric setting is preferred with the demonstrated ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE – LPN:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a Skilled-Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- Exemplary critical thinking capability
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
