Create and implement innovative recruitment plans, attend and participate in department and entity-based meetings, formulate reporting to educate and keep client groups in the know, and have the ability to lead and manage projects within and outside the Staffing Solutions department. Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Shift: Full time – 8:30-5pm with occasional earlier or later hours or weekend based upon department needs.

Experience:

1. Ability to be influential in the recruitment process with a proven ability to build and maintain candidate network and pipeline.
2. Must be an effective interviewer with demonstrated knowledge of screening and selection skills. Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices and Federal and State Employment Laws.
3. Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo a plus).
4. Demonstrated time management, prioritization and presentation skills with ability to handle confidential information.
5. Ability to work independently and in a face paced, high volume team environment.
6. Demonstrated customer service skills, strategic thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills required, both verbal and written.
8. Must be able to travel locally as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 5 years’ relevant job experience required. In lieu of degree, significant additional relevant job experience may be considered.

Licensures/Certifications:

Valid PA Driver’s license required.
