Registered Dental Hygienist

Dentitry Redefined, Dr. Robert Graffeo is seeking a well qualified and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our TEAM. The candidate should excel in providing premier preventative dental care with emphasis on outstanding patient service. The individual is outgoing with impressive communication skills, organized, professional, service minded and willing to go above and beyond basic responsibilities of the job.

* Evaluate a patients current health status

* Perform all oral healthcare and risk assessments

* Perform intraoral and extraoral examination and oral cancer screening

* Complete a comprehensive dental and periodontal charting

* Process Dental radiographs

* Remove plaque, calculus and stain as well as soft and hard deposits from teeth

* Applies caries preventive agents such as fluorides

* Educates patients on importance for maintaining optimum oral health

REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate degree or bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from accredited program

*Active New Jersey State RDH license and X-ray

* Maintain a current license to practice

*Prefer NJ local anesthesia license, but not a requirement
