“Final Mile” Courier Manager needed to lead our team of drivers in daily operations.
Responsibilities –
- Schedule drivers
- Dispatch drivers
- Assure coverage for all routes
- Submit Daily reports
- Train Drivers
- Maintain safety and Maintenance schedules
- Maintain driver incentive programs
- Maintain communication/satisfaction of existing accounts
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Chauffeur’s license
- DOT Medical Card
- Clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
- Highly Organized
- Great Problem Solver
- Strong Communicator
- Confident Leader
- Computer Savvy
- Familiar in Excel, Microsoft Word,
