Children’s Therapy Center is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing, natural-environment based Early Intervention Team serving the Renton area! Our preferred candidate is experienced, with training in sensory processing and play-based therapy; NDT is a plus. (S)he will have a strong passion for helping children with special needs, and their families reach their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform evaluations using formal and informal assessment tools
Develop and implement developmentally appropriate goals
Maintain timely treatment records and progress reports
Consistently assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide parent training and support as an integral part of the therapy program
Order orthotics, assistive devices, and/or adaptive equipment as necessary
Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary and collaborative team
Demonstrable experience and other qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
Dedicated to quality, with a willingness to learn and share
Experience working with children with developmental delay or disability preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff and multi-disciplinary teams
Must have or obtain a OT license in the State of Washington
Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Driver’s License and or reliable transportation

Children’s Therapy Center offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including generous paid time off; medical, dental, vision coverage; supplemental/premium insurance options; and retirement plan options with company contribution.
This position is expected to be Part-Time, approximately 24 hour per week. Anticipated business needs include Monday afternoons and Wednesday/Thursday mornings; some hours may be flexible.
