Job Description for LVN/LPN

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be in direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide professional nursing services according to policies and procedures. You will collaborate with your team, take vital information from residents, and delegate with facility staff, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents and their families. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our LVNs will model a positive and professional image that represents Windsor’s missions and values.

LVN/LPN Required (Must have):

  • California or Arizona LVN/LPN license – active and unencumbered – NEW GRADS WELCOME!
  • CPR or BLS
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Compassion toward residents and their families

Job Description for RN

As an Registered Nurse (RN) you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. We are looking for candidates who model a positive and professional image that emulates the organization’s mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation.

RN Required (Must have):

Contract Details for LVN/LPN and RN:

  • Contract length: 4 week, 8 week, 13 week
  • All shifts available
  • Duties will include, but are not limited to, medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid
  • Travel Nursing pay packages and housing, daily food stipend assistance are available for travel RNs and LVN/LPNs
