The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforc ing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’ s employees and customers.

BONUS PROGRAM RULES………………….

Individuals who apply and are hired for positions with the Healthcare Region, NCAL Kaiser Facilities during the Hire on Bonus Program period are eligible for the program. Refer to the eligibility requirements for the program period and other requirements.
If the applicant accepts and is assigned to a full-time position with client sites within the Healthcare Region, NCAL Kaiser Facilities and remain a minimum of 90 days of employment, the employee will earn a $1,200.00 bonus (provided he / she is still employed and in good standing with Securitas).

Eligibility Requirements
1. Eligible employees must be:
a) Actively working for Securitas Healthcare Region, NCAL Kaiser Facilities; and
b) In good standing within the last 90 days from the beginning of the program period
2. Hire on Bonus Program Period: Applications dated 5/10/2021 to 8/10/2021 from candidates who are selected for employment and are actively working for Securitas are eligible for the Hire on Bonus
3. Hire on Bonus Payment:
a) The eligible employee must be employed with the Securitas Healthcare Region, NCAL Kaiser Facilities at the time the bonus is paid
b) The bonus will be paid after the applicant has accepted a full-time position and has worked for a minimum of 90 days
c) The eligible employee must successfully complete, the 90-day probationary period and be in good standing (no disciplinary complaints) in order for the Employee Referral Bonus to be disbursed to the employee
