Hi! We’re Communities.ca and we need YOUR help to grow our brand. Here at Communities, we have developed a fully customizable, turn-key marketing platform used by the top real estate companies in North America. Your job? To SELL it to eager real estate agents in North America.

Job activities:

  • Prospecting
  • Conducting demos and webinars of our software;
  • Collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive awareness and opportunities;
  • Tracking your customer conversations, schedules, and tasks in our CRM;
  • Working closely with the team.

To succeed;

  • You need to talk your socks off! The ability to clearly communicate and incite engagement over the phone, in person and via email is essential.
  • Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger. You need to work fast and smart, and understand the importance of constantly moving forward;
  • Sell your soul. Some level of sales experience is important, ideally selling technology and software – but that’s not a must;
  • Complacency who?? You need a Growth Mindset. You can’t be afraid to test new techniques and constantly try to improve tactics to deliver results;
  • You can’t cry over spilled milk. You need the ability to move on and learn from customer rejection;
  • Techie. Understands and enjoys working with — and learning — the latest technologies.
  • Language. Comfortable working in an English environment;

Salary and benefits

Great reps can expect to earn between $100,000 to $135,000 per year.

Salary: $33,120.00 – $131,583.00 per year
