We are looking for an Nursing Supervisor to join our team and make a difference in our patient’s lives
Requirements:
- Must have supervisory experience
- Must possess excellent leadership skills and able to manage other nursing staff
- Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills
- Follow established standards of nursing practices
- Supervise and evaluate all direct patient care
- Conduct resident rounds as assigned
- Administer medication timely and accurately and monitor for effectiveness
- Notifying physicians of changes in patients’ condition, weight, lab and x-ray results
- Obtain physicians’ orders and revisions of treatment
- Follow comprehensive care plans established for patients
- Administer treatments according to physicians orders
- Assist with admission/transfer/discharge
- Render immediate assistant to any patient in need in a caring manner
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner
