About this Role
MiniLuxe is hiring General Managers who will be the master of the client experience and serve as a brand ambassador for MiniLuxe. This individual is a passionate leader of culture who drives the client experience, team development and ensures clean standards and consistent operational excellence. The General Manager is accountable to deliver on annual revenue goals.

This role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, spa/salon, or hospitality. Candidates without relevant experience need not apply.

Qualifications/Expectations

  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Prior experience with appointment scheduling software preferred (experience with Zenoti a plus)
  • Presents ideas through clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
  • P&< Management experience
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and develop a team of 20+ associates
  • Provides an exceptional client experience, every day
