Our ideal candidates will be experienced in sales hunter/closer roles, and highly motivated to succeed in a company which has grown for 30 years. In this position you will be responsible for representing our services to business owners and other decision makers while training on all aspects of the sales cycle. Sales trainees go through a 30-60-90 day paid training program which may vary based on the individual’s B2B sales experience. Total compensation will include base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

What you’ll do:
- Cold call and sell payroll and related services to small and medium-sized businesses online and over the phone
- Schedule and run online presentations with executives, business owners, and decision makers
- Update the CRM
- Attend business referral groups and networking groups
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred (payroll sales experience is a real plus)
- Valid driver’s license, your own vehicle, proof of auto insurance with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Basic computer skills and basic understanding of spreadsheet software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction
- Good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
