Mobile Center Inc is a T-Mobile Preferred Retailer based in Columbus, Ohio. We have locations in Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Tiffin and Southern Michigan. This team consistently finished in the Top 10 TPR’s Nationwide and we are constantly seeking out the best talent.

Responsibilities would include:
Offering a STELLAR Customer Experience and ensuring employees understand how to do the same |Hitting store sales targets set by your District Manager | Being knowledgeable on our ever changing Product Lineup, Promotions, Plans and Store Operations – passing down that knowledge to your team | Dependability and Reliability for the sake of our customer’s experience and out employees experience | Cash Management | Inventory Management| Being a part of our “4 Walls” and assisting to constantly maintain Store Operations/Environment/Experience/Audit compliance | Adhering to T-Mobile’s Standard Operating Procedures | Ability to work Retail hours and stand for long periods of time | Having a reliable transportation source

Training Offered:
We offer a 3 week PAID Virtual Training in-store which runs Monday-Friday for 3 consecutive weeks – this is Required

Beyond the 3 week training period, there is a curriculum that is self-paced which you will have another 30-45 Days to complete

Leader training will be an additional 3 days of Virtual in classroom environment

There are always On-going trainings required to be completed as new plans, promos, products and processes change and launch

A manager who creates the Culture of a Customer Centric Environment | Someone who takes pride in the results and always wants to perform better | Strong recruiting skills | Ability to develop and motivate a team of 4-5 employees | Has the mindset of “Owning your 4 walls” | Results driven | Technology and Operationally savvy | At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US.

Benefits and Pay:
Base Pay + uncapped Commission

Avg Annual Pay Range: $35K – $50K

Medical/Vision/Dental Benefits/Long and Short term disability offered

401K Offered

Bi-weekly pay with monthly Commissions paid 2 months in arrears
