New Location Opening Late Summer to include Academic and Clinical Services!

We are expanding to a new location to include a clinical and academic environment. We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians who appreciate clinical environments, with access to onsite supervision.

Our amazing BCBA/Supervision Team is always hands on, offering side-by-side support for RBT Staff. We offer ongoing training and growth opportunities for our team members. We offer a community type clinic with a supportive clinical team environment.

We have current openings at our newer clinic and on-site openings in private academic settings.

Job Description:

ALC is a behaviorally based company serving children and adolescents with Autism. We provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and their families.

General Responsibility:

Responsible for implementing and tracking individual treatment plans and daily goals of learners. Reports to Clinical Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build rapport with each learner
Create and maintaining motivation
Implements direct instruction in skill acquisition
Behavior reduction as directed by Clinical Supervisor
Assists and/or implements daily hygiene and toileting
Records and graphs data for behavior reduction and skill acquisition
Able to physically manage children, including providing physical guidance, physical prompts from behind, bending and lifting (40lbs)

Computer literacy preferred with electronic data input

Qualifications:

Must have 2 years of college experience (psychology, education, applied behavior analysis preferred). Must be a team player and be able to team build while working in a rewarding clinical atmosphere.

Registered Behavior Technician Certification Required.

Travel is not required. Full and part time positions available.

Must pass criminal background check.

Employment is by Hourly Agreement. All Registered Behavior Technicians are Non-Exempt employees. Competitive pay; commensurate with experience.
