Warehouse Worker
Full Job Description
The Warehouse Team Member is integral part of Ambient’s order fulfillment operation. Warehouse Team Member’s will fill orders, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This position is also responsible for packing orders, assembling, making boxes, stocking inventory, and loading/unloading items.
Supervisory Responsibility
Individual contributor. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Hours of Work
Monday-Friday 8:00a-close (3:30pm~4:00pm)
Training
You will receive on the job training to perform all required tasks.
Travel / Work Location
No business travel is required. 100% in Ambient’s office in Chandler, AZ. You must have reliable transportation.
Pay Rate
$14/hour – rate may be higher if trained on forklift.

Essential Duties and Abilities
- Pack orders, kit product boxes,
- Make boxes,
- Stock inventory
- Load/unload containers and trailers
- Shrink wrap pallets
- General clean-up around the warehouse,
- Potentially test electronic products
- Learn Sage system (used to check in inventory)
- Able to read letters and numbers, in English, on orders to determine correct location of merchandise.
- Able to perform simple math, including counting, and addition and subtraction.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience is required. However, demonstrated ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills is desirable.
- Any knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
