Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Excellent fine motor skills; finger, hand, and wrist dexterity
- Ability to walk approximately 6-7 miles over an 12 hour day
- Ability to stand for duration of shift; perform repetitive motions while walking or standing
- Ability to twist, press, turn, assemble, and handle components and/or assembled parts 600 – 750 times per shift
- Ability to pinch, reach, grasp, bend, lift, stretch, push, pull, and squat
- Ability to visually inspect parts and machines and read instructions, labels
- Ability to regularly lift up to 32 pounds
- Maintain a minimum of 12 hour work day on scheduled days.
