The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst provides 1:1 ABA services to children, youth, and young adults with ASD in a center-based setting. **In this role you will Administer assessments to clients entering ABA services within designated timeframe. You will use your talents to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the family and other treatment team members. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and train BHT’s and RBT’s on interventions and programs being utilized
  • Provide required levels of supervision to staff per IBHS requirements
  • Provide parent training following designated curriculum
  • Collaborate with speech, OT, PT and nutrition in development of goals
  • Completes billing, documentation, and trainings/supervision within specified timeframes
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed (training will be provided)
  • Complete graphs and other data analysis related to treatment to be reported during treatment team meetings

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Service Field, Certification as a BCBA and licensed in PA as psychologist, social worker, behavior specialist, or nurse practitioner is required.
Three years Child Welfare experience required. Experience with Child Development and/or Addiction Issues preferred.

Act 33/34 Clearances; FBI Clearance
