ABOUT THE JOB
As highly motivated individuals we are looking for the right people to join our team. Your mission … should you choose to accept it … is to field calls, answer questions, explain product information, up sell products, and provide customers clarity on their accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field inbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to and resolve customer questions
- Research possible solutions to customer issues
- Offer the Customer a free account review to provide the best offer available
- Sell / Up sell products on customer’s account
- Follow up customer calls when the issue isn’t resolved during the first contact
- Retain customers wanting to cancel
- Deescalate angry customers
- Computer navigation, data entry and chats
- Meets sales and quality quotas set by coach and director
REQUIREMENTS
- Team oriented
- Computer skills and knowledge
- The ability to type 25 wpm
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Skill to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to handle a high stress environment
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and conflicts
- Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
- Ability to be proactive
- Professional work behavior
- Data entry
- Must pass a Background and Drug test
