Reporting into the CFO – Emissions Management the right candidate will be responsible for all things Finance.
As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Execute monthly close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations - Perform account reconciliations and Profit and Loss analysis
- Supporting financial reporting rhythms, prepare reports as requested
- Provide insightful analytics for better operational decision making
- maintaining high quality books and records, helping to establish sustainable business controls and practices
- Owning and developing process improvement projects in Finance and cross-functionally
- Performing Project margin analysis by customer & by business segment; identify drivers for variances in as-sold vs as-executed margins
- Providing the business with data/analysis to make better decisions, and enforcing profitability across all departments.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience - 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced financial and accounting skills
- Demonstrated success collaborating and building partnership with operations and cross functional areas
- Ability to interact with business leaders showing positive influence of organization on P&L
- Desired characteristics: SAP and HFM Experience, Good understanding of Baker Hughes Policies and Processes, Aspire/FMP graduate, Initiative, Analytical thinking.
