FBC Club Manager – Classic City Marinas, LLC – Seneca, SC

The primary responsibility of the FBC Club Manager is to ensure the onsite team members such as the dock master and all dock hands are properly trained to provide exceptional service to our members and maintain an impeccably clean and ship shape fleet. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and must be able to provide a hassle free experience to all FBC members. They will be responsible for taking and reviewing reservations on a daily basis. The Club Manager may also help facilitate social events for club members from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Hire, train, and supervise all FBC dock personnel to ensure our members receive the highest level of service at all club locations

? Develop weekly dock personnel?s schedules to maximize efficiency

? Review and analyze all member comment cards on a weekly basis and correspond with members on all issues related, but not limited to, complaints, fuel disputes, vessel damages, and misc. charges. Take appropriate action as required.

? Ensure all best practices are followed to provide consistent service

? Provide the “Red Carpet” treatment our members deserve. Establish and revise as needed, specific member meet and greet procedures in addition to boarding and disembarkment procedures

? Develop and maintain a weekly schedule to ensure all boats are receiving a routine weekly cleaning, and ensure all work orders are submitted to the appropriate department for maintenance needs

? Investigate member misconduct and submit incident reports to the business office

? Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at the location.

? Oversee weekly paperwork submission to the business office, and track fuel logs and vessel fueling

? Become familiar with local waterways and popular boating destinations surrounding your club.

? Ensure all dock personnel is following proper protocol in regards to prospective members

? Anything else needed or asked upon

  • Proven customer service experience; Previous Club Manager experience preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Superior understanding of MS Office/MS Excel and various business software
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Adequate knowledge of boats and boating safety
  • Valid Driver’s License
