Community Health Worker – Adventist Health Clear Lake – Clearlake, CA

You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience: Preferred
• Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program from an accredited college, or other educational institution: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program from an accredited college, or other educational institution: Preferred
