Employment Specialist – Cayuga Medical Center – Ithaca, NY

This position manages the talent acquisition process including interviews, referral of applicants, coordination of new hire activities etc. It will have a focus on administrative and clerical roles. Other areas of responsibility include employee relations, the maintenance of personnel records and statistical personnel controls, as well as the monitoring of policy and procedures to ensure consistency and equity across departmental lines.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous HR is highly desirable
