PAY/BENEFITS:
- Pay starts at $16/hour
- Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 hours

- Schedule: 12 hour shifts 7 days a week (day and night shifts available)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Whether working on a frac site or helping out around the yard, both locations are equally as important for the successful business operations here at BAT. This position offers work both on and off frac locations, which will provide opportunities to learn various skills that will help in all aspects of oilfield life.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Operate the BAT fuel box in a safe and professional manner according to company procedures
- Provide basic maintenance/operations inspections as required for BAT equipment and hoses
- Assist with basic maintenance and projects around the yard and frac sites
- Assist and complete rig-up and rig-down of auto fuel system
- Maintain accurate tickets and records
- Must have a basic understanding of the system mechanics and be capable of removing and replacing small system components
- Must be willing to work both on location and in the yard when necessary
- Monitor and report fuel levels and keep open communication with Dispatch
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help out around the yard and frac site with other duties and projects as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history – must be approved to drive company vehicles
- Must be 21 years or older
- Able to lift and pull 75lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Various assigned tasks around the yard
- Experienced with fueling and their way around a frac site
- Mechanically inclined
- Trusted and capable of working in an unsupervised environment; proactive, doesn’t wait for instruction
- Able to work outside in extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and in remote areas
- Able to identify and troubleshoot problems in a very fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Roustabout experience a plus
- Safety trainings preferred; Safeland’s PEC or OSHA 10 hour, & H2S
