Mental Health Billing and Coding Specialist – Valcourt Behavioral Health – Miami Lakes, FL

Mental Health Clinic in Miami Lakes looking for experienced MENTAL HEALTH billing specialist.

· Solid experience is required;

· Experienced enough as to train others on how to correctly submit Mental Health claims ensuring all the documentation required to defend the claim has already been appropriately generated

· Detailed and organized;

· Proficiency in medical billing practice, hands-on experience in medical billing software;

· Experience in CPT coding systems and Mental Health terminology

· Experience in Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances;

· Responsible for preparing and submitting claims, posting and management of accounts;

· submit claims on time and manage the accounts efficiently and effectively;

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mental Health Billing and Coding: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Billing and Coding Certificate (Preferred)
