Sales & Logistics Coordinator/Office Manager – DataMax System Solutions – Boca Raton, FL

DataMax System Solutions, a leading provider of Retail & Hospitality technology, is seeking a full time Sales & Logistics Coordinator/Office Manager to support our growing business. Founded in 1988, DataMax System Solutions is a leader in business technology, offering innovative products and versatile services in the Retail and Hospitality industries. We work directly with many of the largest Retail and Hospitality chains in North America and we provide an assortment of technology solutions including both hardware and services. We assist in driving down costs and increasing service levels as it relates to store systems.

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Work closely with Director of Operations and Sales Manager.
  • To organize and coordinate office operations.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Extremely well-organized, flexible, multi-task oriented.
  • Able to work and support a diverse group of people.
  • Point person for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, office event planning.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers where applicable.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have pleasant and professional attitude.
  • Receive telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • General accounting knowledge helpful.
  • Logistics Experience – ability to arrange and schedule Federal Express, United Parcel Service, LTL and Truck shipments. (Preferred, not required)
  • Reconcile all logistics invoices.
  • Willingness to grow and eagerly take on new challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to think “Outside the Box.”
  • Critical thinking and problem solving a plus.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
