Office Clerk – Trinity Assistance Corporation – Rochester, NY

We are looking for an Office Clerk that have skills to effectively guide and their team members to efficiently complete their tasks. The Office Clerk should also have effective communication abilities to interact with both staff and clients. Problem solving skills are also preferred, have the ability to help their team members quickly and logically solve complex administrative issues as they arrive.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Welcoming anyone that enters the front of the building and provide assistance and guidance
  • Bookkeeping and general accounting
  • OPWDD experience
  • Excellent skills with a computer
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
  • Maintaining and promoting excellent employee & client relations
  • Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
  • Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
  • maintaining employee database and sorting emails
  • Maintain proper records of employee and clients attendance and leaves
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Associates Degree will be needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
