This position provides personal care for individuals in their residence under the supervision of a nurse such as; ambulation/exercises, bathing, oral hygiene, skin and nail care, shaving, toileting assistance, feeding and other patient-related tasks.
Other essential duties are:
- Reporting to the nurse any changes in resident medical, nursing, rehabilitative and social needs in a timely fashion.
- Record-keeping such as completing accurate documentation of resident care before the end of the shift.
Position Requirements: Must have successfully completed a CNA certification course.
Current CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
