Responsibilities
Training, coaching and development of hourly staff that includes Shift Leaders, Bakers and Delivery Drivers.
Lead service components including excellent food quality, engaging customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness, through the team
Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth.
Oversee quality control of finished product.
Manage hourly staffing and inventory control.
Requirements
2+ years of management/leadership experience in a full-service retail or fast casual restaurant industries.
Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens – a plus
Great communication and math skills
True “night owls” with the ability to work a closing shift as late as 2:00am
Benevolent leadership style and someone who knows that learning and growth are keys to personal and professional success and is willing and able to share learning with the team
