Florida grown Roofing company, is a fast paced growing company in need of another admin in office to handle work flow.

We are looking to grow our next canidate into an Office Manager within the next 3-6 months.


**Fast-Paced Office**

Need someone with strong problem solving skills, reliable and punctual.
Someone that can work well under pressure, will train right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to customers & insurance companies
Communicate to customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone/email
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems
Assist in achieving company goals and other duties, as needed
Scheduling/Appointment Setting
Maintaining assigned customer accounts
