Responsibilities
- Answer calls on behalf of the Parts & Service Department
- Provide customers with price quotes and other information
- Faciliatate the parts & service sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customer on service status in a friendly and professional manner
- Review shop estimates to be sure the correct parts have been ordered and all pricing is in-line with estimate
- Provides high-level service to internal and external customers
- Make sure all internal requests are billed on service repair order
- Receive payment from customers and/or obtains credit authorization
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret parts & service documents related documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Valid driver license
- Willingness to submit to background check
