IMMEDIATE OPENING- We are seeking a KITCHEN AND BATH SHOWROOM DESIGNER for our San Rafael and our Mountain View showrooms. The “perfect fit” has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, impeccable organizational skills, project management proficiency, motivated by designing the finest kitchens / bathrooms, and thrives on commissions and incentives.
Benefit Package includes:
Base salary, monthly draw, monthly commissions, and quarterly/annual bonuses. Additionally, we offer paid time off (vacation/sick,) observe major holidays, and mileage reimbursement for site visits.
Tuesday – Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM.

What we need:
· Two years of kitchen design and sales experience
· Three years of cabinetry experience
· Proficiency with 2020 design software
· Client friendly and outcome orientated selling and closing skills
· Experience designing in all design styles – transitional, traditional and contemporary designs
Background in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry IS A PLUS!
