Looking for fair and reliable pay?
Everyone deserves to be paid for the time they work and understand how they are rewarded for their skills. We use a 100% transparent pay structure. With a base rate of $11/hr and $.75 increases for speaking the desired language and having a four-year degree or four years of scheduling experience, you know exactly what to expect.

With our growth, there is always an opportunity for some over-time. We value the employees who go above and beyond to help us in our mission to help the children and families of Las Vegas. Annual reviews can result in up to a $1/hr raise on top of promotions when you show us what you can do!

Initial schedules include a mix of nights and weekend shifts. Some schedules offer additional pay incentives for working all nights and weekends… ask about “Premium Shifts.”
