Working on a PRN basis for our Stow center. Administer emergency CPR/First Aid as needed. Administer medication as ordered by participants physician and under RN supervision. Provide skilled nursing duties. Document any necessary medical observations and daily record keeping. Complete Behavioral and Administrative reports. Monitor participants’ vital signs. Participate in assessment and Plan of Care conferences. Assist participants with activities of daily living, personal care, ancillary services.
