Talent / HR Coordinator – Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA

Overview:

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), is looking for a Talent/HR Coordinator to support our growing organization. In this role, you will support Human Resources and Recruiting by providing coordination across the team. This is a great opportunity for any high-energy, well-organized individual looking to start their career in the Human Resources or Recruiting fields. The key responsibilities that this person will perform are the following:


  • Scheduling interviews for both Managers and Candidates;
  • Coordination of career fairs and other hiring events;
  • Support of University Relations recruiting initiatives;
  • Organize, order and compile new hire materials
  • Provide administrative support for HR and Learning and Development
  • Assist with maintaining confidential employee records
  • Support on-boarding process
  • Day-to-day HR processing, tracking and administration
  • Assist with special projects, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Detail oriented and customer service focused;
  • Strong PC skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
