Business Systems Analyst – Piper Companies – Oaks, PA

Piper Companies is looking for a Business Systems Analyst in Oaks, PA for a leading financial lender to provide analysis with leading data analytics technologies.

Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst include:

• Interpret and understand business requirements provided by internal and external clients, translating those requirements into documented technical specifications, and managing the overall implementation of those requirements
• Lead data acquisition, mapping, transformation, and integration activities as well as testing, release, and support processes for tools included within the web portal platform
• Support quarterly production data load, transformation, and calculation activities related to the automated generation of regulatory reports/filings and its clients, ensuring correct/timely delivery of reporting artifacts and efficient/permanent resolution of any issues experienced

Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst include:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with leading implementations of multiple, simultaneous, and cross-functional projects
• Strong ability to work with ETL, SQL and relational databases
• Implement and manage vendor applications and toolsets as well as handling, mapping, and transforming large datasets
• Exposure to SDLC in an Agile environment supporting production applications, daily data movement processes, and client issue resolution
• Financial experience is required for this position
