Shop Technician – Virginia, MN
Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Shop Technician to join its team at its Virginia, MN, location. In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding mining components, primarily for haul trucks. The position will also require occasional time assisting the field service group.

Responsibilities:
- Rebuilding haul truck components.
- Using gauges and tools to measure and record information during rebuild process.
- Documenting work in our computer system during rebuild and field jobs.
- Keeping a clean and orderly workstation in the rebuild shop.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Technical trade degree in auto/diesel/mechanical area of study.
- Ability to weld in field and shop as required.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
- Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
- Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
