Ticket Sales Manager – Rose Quarter – Portland, OR

As our Ticket Sales Manager, you will improve revenue through the sale of Portland Trail Blazers ticket packages.

Responsibilities:


Day-to-Day:

  • Prospect and sell Full, Half, Partial season plans along with Suites, group tickets and promotional ticket packages to both corporations and the public through proactive outreach
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients including existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game customers
  • Establish professional relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals
  • Meet pre-determined monthly and annual sales goals for season, group and promotional sales categories
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer records
  • Sell other special events as needed
  • Search and pipeline for new prospects
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:


We’d Like to Hear from You if You:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in related field; or 6+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior sales experience, preferred
  • You are proficient working in different computer programs such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to make numerous outbound contacts with a high level of energy.
  • Go-getter with the ability to prioritize and manage your projects and schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals.
  • Committed to achieving excellence in sales, you seek success and are eager to learn.
  • Understand, recognize and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Committed, flexible, and can learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • Can work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings.
