Responsibilities:
Canyon Ranch is looking for a Spiritual Wellness Provider (full time) at our Lenox, MA location.

The Spiritual Wellness Provider works directly with Canyon Ranch guests and colleagues providing individual consultations, inspiring presentations, and engaging group workshops that address spirituality within our evidence-based, integrative Health and Performance division. Guest engagement occurs at the Canyon Ranch Lenox property either face-to-face or remotely via our digital environment. Secondary responsibilities include: professional documentation and guest follow-up as needed, remaining current on research and trends, contributing to new program development including creation of digital content, attending meetings and trainings as required.

Qualifications:
You will need to have a Master’s degree in a relevant field (Spiritual Guidance, Transpersonal Psychology, Divinity, Consciousness Studies, etc.).

You will also be expected to have 3-5 years’ experience in spiritual counseling, experiential journey work and/or related models of healing, as well as public speaking experience and/or teaching experience. Additional supervised clinical training or experience in healthcare-based spiritual care is preferred.

Having a history of personal growth work and personal study, as well as extensive experience in the practice of spiritual tradition/s is expected of candidates, as is extensive group facilitation experience.
